1. Introduction
This Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) Policy (“Policy”) is adopted by
4CERA GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED, operating under the brand name
Kiaara Diamonds (“Company”, “We”, “Us”), to ensure compliance with applicable Indian laws
and to prevent misuse of the platform for unlawful activities.
This Policy applies to all Customers, Direct Sellers, and users associated with Kiaara Diamonds,
especially in relation to:
- Cashback Wallet credits
- Cash reimbursement requests
- Incentive and commission payouts
- Any monetary transaction processed through the Company
2. Objective of the Policy
The objectives of this AML & KYC Policy are to:
- Prevent money laundering, fraud, and financial misuse
- Ensure that all transactions are genuine and product-linked
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations, including:
- Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021
- Income Tax Act, 1961
- Applicable banking and payment gateway regulations
- Protect the interests of Customers, Direct Sellers, and the Company
3. Scope of KYC Verification
KYC verification is mandatory for the following activities:
- Receiving any cash reimbursement from the Cashback Wallet
- Receiving incentives, commissions, or rewards
- Withdrawal or transfer of wallet balances, where permitted
- Continuation of Direct Seller status beyond provisional limits
Without successful KYC verification, payouts shall not be processed.
4. KYC Documents Required
4.1 Identity Proof
- PAN Card (mandatory for payouts)
4.2 Address Proof
- Aadhaar Card
- Passport
- Voter ID
- Driving License
4.3 Bank Details
- Bank Account Number
- IFSC Code
- Cancelled Cheque or Bank Statement
4.4 Additional Information
- Recent photograph
- Any additional document as required by law or banking partners
Note: The Company reserves the right to request additional documents for verification purposes.
5. PAN & Tax Compliance
- PAN submission is mandatory for incentive and cashback payouts.

In the absence of PAN:
- Payouts may be withheld, or
- Higher TDS may be deducted as per Income Tax laws.
- All payouts are subject to applicable TDS deductions and statutory reporting.
6. Cashback Wallet & AML Controls
6.1 Cashback Wallet Credits
Cashback Wallet credits are promotional or business development benefits and do not constitute
deposits or investments.
Wallet balances do not represent interest, guaranteed income, or assured returns.
6.2 Cashback Utilization
Cashback may be used for:
- Product purchases on the official platform

- Monthly limits
- Successful KYC verification
- Applicable tax deductions
6.3 AML Monitoring
All Cashback Wallet transactions are monitored for:
- Unusual frequency or volume
- Circular or repetitive transactions
- Attempts to misuse cashback for non-business purposes
7. Monitoring & Reporting of Transactions
The Company employs electronic and procedural controls to:
- Monitor transaction patterns
- Identify suspicious or abnormal activity
- Conduct internal reviews where required
Where necessary, the Company may:
- Temporarily suspend transactions
- Withhold payouts pending verification
- Report transactions to authorities, if legally required
8. Suspicious Activity
The following activities may be treated as suspicious:
- Multiple accounts linked to the same identity
- Fake, forged, or misleading KYC documents
- Unusual cashback withdrawal patterns
- Attempted circumvention of payout limits
- Misuse of the Direct Selling structure for non-product purposes
Such cases may lead to:
- Account suspension
- Termination of Direct Seller ID
- Withholding or reversal of payouts
9. Data Protection & Confidentiality
- All KYC and AML-related information is stored securely.
- Data is used solely for verification, compliance, and legal purposes.

- Banks
- Payment gateways
- Government authorities, where required by law
10. User Responsibilities
Customers and Direct Sellers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and up-to-date KYC information
- Promptly notifying the Company of any change in personal or bank details
- Cooperating fully with verification and compliance requests
Failure to comply may result in suspension of benefits or account access.
11. Policy Review & Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend or update this AML & KYC Policy to reflect:
- Changes in law or regulations
- Updated regulatory requirements
- Banking or payment gateway norms
Revised versions shall be published on the official website.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India, and courts located in Delhi (India)
shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
