1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order by contacting customer support.
  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. Product Returns

Products may be returned only in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damage during transit

3. Return Conditions

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of order delivery.
  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • Original invoice and packaging must be intact.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Making charges, taxes, or other deductions may apply as per policy.

5. No Cash Refund on Promotional Benefits

Cashback wallet credits, incentives, or promotional benefits are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where expressly permitted under company policy.
